The Board

My name is Richard Botez, and I am the Chairman of NPT 23/24. In business, the difference between a good deal and a great deal is made by outstanding negotiation skills.

Joining the NPT board is a new challenge, and one of my goals is to help create the next generation of great negotiators. I look forward to working with innovative, like-minded individuals from the negotiating community, and together with my fellow board members, we wish to bring prosperity to NPT.

I am extremely thrilled to work together with like-minded individuals and look forward to everything that comes with being part of the NPT board.

My name is Juliana Bouic. In the past year, I had the privilege of being part of the NPT cohort, where I had the opportunity to acquire negotiation skills under the guidance of exceptional instructors. This year, I've taken a step further by joining the board, aiming to contribute to the discussion on negotiation, this time with a focus on its application within the realm of business.

Negotiation is an indispensable skill for individuals no matter their background. I look forward to collaborating with my fellow board members this year and am excited to see the valuable experiences and insights that being a part of the NPT board will bring

After being part of the NPT cohort myself and having the opportunity to learn, hone, and apply the negotiation skills I was taught, I saw joining the board of NPT 2023/2024 as a perfect opportunity to allow others to enjoy the same experience and simultaneously apply my own skill set in a different environment.

My name is Jasmine Mortimer, I am currently a second-year student at the University of Twente studying Communication Science. I am the marketing lead of NPT for the cohort year of 2023-24

I never thought I would have the rare opportunity to join NPT, having little to no experience in negotiations. However, I was proved wrong and have been delighted to be allowed to watch NPT grow and be able to be a part of the process.

Joining NPT was a challenge and continues to be a challenge, but I am motivated to know that the work I will be doing will help future negotiators and provide them with new exciting opportunities and experiences.

I am extremely excited to be a part of NPT and am excited for everyone to see what it has to offer, not just for myself but for everyone taking part in NPT.
